A veteran in his field Brad brings over 50 years experience, offering invaluable technical expertise to best tailor façade management solutions for our clients. As a qualified Painter & Decorator coupled with a Certificate in Height Safety System Inspection and Certification, Brad has a wealth of knowledge to draw from to ensure he encompasses all essential facets of façade management in his solutions for our clients. Brad’s motivation lies in the satisfaction of delivering exceptional service and value, driving him to deliver the best solutions and value to our clients.

Josiah leads the Anchor Safe Rope Access operations team ensuring our rope access facade solutions are completed on time, within budget and to our exacting standards. He brings over 10 years of trade background & his valuable experience on the tools means Josiah has developed exceptional problem-solving skills, based on the realities of overcoming on-site challenges. With the motto of ‘do it once, do it right’ Josiah’s responsive, flexible and focused approach to his work is a great asset to the Anchor Safe Rope Access team.

With an IRATA Level 1 qualification and over 2 years of experience in the Rope Access industry, Paul has a deep understanding of façade management requirements. Petr Langer Recertification and Height Safety
Based in the Sydney branch, Petr is a Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Technician with more than seven years of industry experience. He is responsible for delivering height safety design, installations, and recertifications within the Rope Access Department, ensuring full compliance with all relevant AS/NZS standards. In addition to his technical expertise, Petr brings project management capabilities, coordinating teams and resources to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. As a Kattsafe and SRA approved installer, he has in-depth knowledge of height safety system installations and inspections. Petr is committed to providing exceptional service and building long-term, trusted partnerships with clients for all height safety requirements.

IRATA Level 2 or 3 Rope Access Technician
Anchor Safe Rope Access are hiring full-time qualified tradespeople, such as Painters, Renderers, Waterproofers or Carpenters with IRATA Level 2 or 3 competency.
To work on facade renovations (remedial and painting) and maintenance projects in the Greater Sydney and Melbourne areas.
Competitive rates based on experience with options for visa sponsorship and level upgrades/revalidation.
