Our Award-Winning Projects

The Astor

  • Heritage and Restoration – Commercial Multi-Unit NSW Metro

The Astor recently celebrated its 100 year anniversary and needed urgent restoration to the original metal framed windows and steel structure located in the western lightwell. A high level of corrosion removal and treatment was required to restore the original windows and steel structure. The area was difficult to access and required inventive methods in Industrial Rope Access to position the tradespersons into location.

Crow’s Nest Lawson House

  • Exceptional High Preparatory Works – Commercial

The Crow’s Nest Lawson House project involved uncovering the root causes of deterioration and water leaks. After removing multiple layers of old sealant, our team identified significant defects, including incorrectly reglazed windows, partial reglazing, and cracked glass panels – posing both safety and water-tightness risks. Through our detailed assessment, we were able to recommend preventative measures, helping our client avoid costly future repairs.
