Our Award Winning Projects
Sugar Australia
- Difficult Access Project of the Year
- Difficult Access Commercial
- Industrial Finishes
Located close to the marine environment, the challenge was to prepare and recoat the metal housing without stopping production. Difficult access was achieved with an EWP, the surface abrasive blasted, then recoated. Environmental responsibility was a priority, with waste systematically removed from the site, all containers recycled and an exemplary record of zero safety incidents reported throughout the entire process.

Opalia Apartments – Little Bay
- Difficult Access Residential (Multi-Unit)
- Exceptional High Preparatory Works Residential
Multi-storey luxury apartments located 700m from the ocean, effected by water ingress caused by no waterproofing to the flat concrete roof. Anchor Safe Rope Access completed roof waterproofing, removal and replacement of delaminating render and expansion joints, sealed window/door frames and under balustrade post covers to fortify the structure against water infiltration. Post-completion, the facade received meticulous preparation, cleaning, and a coating of the Dulux Acratex AcraSkin coating system.
