Engaged by the owner’s corporation, our rope access team restored the structural integrity, weatherproofing, and aesthetic appeal of the apartments. The scope included thousands of litres of concrete spalling repairs, rendering of brick and concrete surfaces, and full texturing and membrane coating of all facade elements.
